Breast Augmentation

We enhance the volume and shape of your breasts, seeking the ideal proportion for your body. A procedure designed to balance your silhouette with results that look and feel natural to the touch.

Proportion and Confidence

Restoring Your Center and Your Confidence

Breast augmentation is a personal decision that goes beyond changing a size; it is about feeling complete and proportional. In my practice, we do not work with standard measurements. We analyze the width of your chest, the quality of your skin, and your personal desires to choose the implant that best suits your anatomy. The goal is to achieve a harmonious and elegant cleavage, where the result integrates so well with you that it feels as though it was always yours.

What is the procedure like?

During the assessment, we try on different sizes and projections (external sizers) so you can visualize the actual result, allowing us to choose together the implant that balances your hips and shoulders.

We make a discreet incision (usually in the inframammary fold or around the areola) designed to be almost imperceptible. We create a precise ‘pocket’ to house the implant, either behind the muscle or the gland, depending on your tissue.

We verify the position and symmetry of both breasts with the patient sitting upright in the operating room (table at 90 degrees) to ensure a natural hang. We close with high-aesthetic, absorbable internal sutures.

You will leave the operating room wearing a special post-surgical bra that will keep the implants in the correct position while the recovery process begins.

Recommendations for your well-being

Before surgery:

Breast ultrasound (if required by age) and comprehensive blood tests.

Hydrate the skin of your cleavage and breasts very well in the weeks leading up to the procedure to prevent stretch marks from the skin stretching.

Discontinue aspirin or anticoagulants 15 days prior to surgery.

After surgery:

Wear it day and night during the first month. It is vital for molding the final shape and preventing displacement.

Sleep on your back (in a semi-seated position for the first few days) for 3 to 4 weeks to avoid putting pressure on the breasts.

Avoid lifting your arms above your shoulders or carrying heavy weights during the first 3 weeks to allow the internal tissue to heal correctly.

Do not drive for the first 10 to 15 days for safety and to ensure proper mobility.
