Endoscopic Forehead Lift
We elevate the position of the eyebrows and smooth the forehead using minimally invasive technology. A procedure designed to open up your gaze and eliminate a tired appearance without leaving visible scars.
Freshness and Openness
A Clear, Vibrant Look
Over time, the descent of the eyebrows can make the eyelids look heavy, projecting an image of fatigue or anger that does not reflect your reality. Endoscopic forehead lift is the modern, subtle solution to this: through minimal incisions hidden within the hair, we reposition the forehead tissues. The result is an open gaze, a smoother forehead, and a well-rested expression, without the “surprised” look of older techniques.
What is the procedure like?
We analyze the symmetry of your eyebrows and the height of your hairline. We design the exact lifting vector so the result looks natural and does not alter your expression.
We make small incisions (1 to 2 cm) hidden within the scalp. We insert a tiny camera (endoscope) that allows us to see and work on the internal tissues with complete precision without making large incisions.
We release the muscles that cause frown lines and lift the forehead and eyebrows to their youthful position. We secure the tissues internally to ensure long-lasting results.
Because there is no extensive skin incision, recovery is much gentler. You leave with a soft bandage, and swelling is usually less than with open surgeries.
Recommendations for your well-being
Before the surgery:
Wash your hair with antiseptic shampoo the night before and the morning of surgery, as the incisions are in the hair-bearing area.
Avoid dyeing your hair one week before and wait at least four weeks after before doing so again.
Inform us about the use of anticoagulants and aspirin, and discontinue supplements such as Omega 3, Vitamin E, garlic, and ginkgo biloba 15 days beforehand to avoid excessive bruising.
After the surgery:
Applying cold compresses to the forehead and eyes during the first 72 hours is key to reducing swelling.
Sleep with your head elevated (two pillows) during the first week.
It is normal to feel some numbness in the forehead or scalp during the first few weeks; sensitivity gradually returns.
Wear a cap or hat if you go out in the sun during the first month to protect the small incisions.
